Full-Grain Leather

Full-grain leather is the outermost layer of a cowhide, taken from the back and shoulder, left unsanded and uncorrected. Durability and Abrasion

Durability on a golf bag is not about tensile strength; it is about how the contact surfaces hold up over years of cart straps, club slides and base rubs. Cutting

Nylon can be stacked 8–10 layers and die-cut in minutes. PU cuts single-layer to avoid surface adhesion, but can run 2–3 layers on premium grades.
