The shell is 600D polyester with a PU water-resistant coating, bartacked stress points and #8 nylon zippers. The base uses a cart-lock friendly flat design that sits securely on electric and push carts. Logo options include embroidery up to 12 colors, screen print, heat transfer and woven labels.
Every value cart bag order runs through the same pipeline as our premium leather lines: tech pack confirmation, material swatch approval, pre-production sample in 6–10 days, then bulk production in 35–50 days depending on order volume. Inline QC plus a final AQL 2.5 inspection covers stitching density, zipper cycling, strap pull strength and color-fastness before packing. Payment is T/T 30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy; FOB Xiamen terms as standard.
