Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces. However, it varies by bag type: Stand Bags and Cart Bags have a lower MOQ of 50 pieces, Tour Staff Bags start at 20 pieces, and premium leather bags start at just 10 pieces. For trial orders, we can discuss flexible MOQ terms to help new brands test the market.
First-time OEM orders take 65-75 days total: design (7 days) + sampling (15 days) + approval (7 days) + production (30-35 days) + export preparation (7-10 days). Repeat/reorder production takes 25-35 days since the design and sampling phases are already complete.
We accept 30% deposit via T/T (telegraphic transfer) with 70% balance before shipment. We also accept PayPal for sample orders and Alibaba Trade Assurance for buyer protection. For large orders, we can discuss L/C (letter of credit) terms.
We hold BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) certification obtained in 2024 and ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification. All our materials are REACH compliant for European market requirements. We can provide third-party inspection reports from SGS or Bureau Veritas upon request.

We ship FOB Ningbo (standard) or FOB Guangzhou. We also support CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for door-to-door delivery. Sea freight to US West Coast takes 18-25 days, US East Coast 28-35 days, and European ports 30-40 days. Air freight is available in 5-8 days. Sample shipping via DHL/FedEx/UPS takes 3-7 days.
Absolutely! Factory visits are welcome by appointment. Our facility is located at Huachuang Park, Huada Street, Fengze District, Quanzhou, Fujian, China 362000. We recommend scheduling at least 2 weeks in advance. During your visit, you can tour our 15,000 sqm facility, meet our design team, review material samples, and inspect production lines.
We implement a multi-stage QC process: incoming material inspection, inline production checks, and AQL Level II final inspection before packing. Our defect rate is less than 0.3% compared to the industry average of 2-4%. We provide weekly QC photos and production progress updates. Third-party inspection by SGS or Bureau Veritas is available at buyer's cost.
Yes, our in-house design team of 8 professionals provides complete design services free of charge with your first order. We create detailed tech packs, 3D digital renders, and physical samples. You'll see your bag design in photorealistic 3D before any material is cut, ensuring complete satisfaction before production.
The sampling process takes approximately 15 days after design approval. Sample costs vary by bag complexity: $150-$500 per design depending on materials and customization. Sample costs are fully refundable against your first production order. We ship samples via DHL/FedEx/UPS (3-7 days worldwide).
We work with a wide range of materials: 600D/400D/300D polyester (most popular), ballistic nylon, genuine full-grain leather, PU leather, recycled PET (eco-friendly option), and hybrid fabric combinations. All materials are tested for abrasion resistance, colorfastness, tensile strength, and waterproof performance before production.
We use the Pantone Matching System (PMS) for precise color matching with a tolerance of ΔE < 2.0, which is industry-leading accuracy. You provide your Pantone color codes, we source matching fabrics, and send lab dips for your approval before bulk production begins.
